1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Quartz Consulting Group is the business name used by Network Transformation Partners, Inc., a California corporation ("NTP," "we," "us," or "our"). Our address is 5318 E. 2nd St. Unit 609, Long Beach, CA 90803.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information in connection with quartz.solutions, including the Asset Data Readiness Scorecard, contact form, and links to schedule a Readiness Review. The site is intended for adults and business users in the United States who are at least 18 years old.

This Policy does not govern Quartz Insights, our separate facilities-intelligence software platform, or services delivered under a signed Statement of Work or Professional Services Agreement. Those services may have separate privacy terms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the site:

Contact and business information: name, work email address, organization, role, facility portfolio size, primary interest, project timeline, current facilities-management systems, referral source, selected challenges, and any additional information you include in a message.
Scorecard information: your answers to the Asset Data Readiness Scorecard questions and, if you request emailed results, your name, work email, organization, Terms acknowledgment, and optional marketing-consent preference.
Campaign information: campaign or referral information, such as a UTM source included in a link you use to reach the site.
Usage and technical information: pages viewed, referring page, approximate timing and duration of visits, browser and device information, IP address or similar network information, and interactions with site features. Some of this information may be collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
Scheduling information: information you provide when you use Google Calendar appointment scheduling to request a Readiness Review.

Please do not submit confidential, regulated, security-sensitive, or proprietary facility documents or information through a public form. If you choose to include such information, we may process it as part of your inquiry.

3. How We Collect Information

Directly from you when you complete a contact form or request Scorecard results.
Automatically from your browser or device when you visit or interact with the site.
From campaign links and referral information associated with your visit.
From Google when you use Google Calendar appointment scheduling, subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

4. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, secure, and improve quartz.solutions.
To respond to inquiries and communicate about a requested Readiness Review or other service.
To calculate and deliver Asset Data Readiness Scorecard results and requested follow-up materials.
To understand which campaigns and channels generate interest and improve site content.
To administer optional marketing communications if you separately opt in.
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and comply with law.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, organization names, free-text messages, or Scorecard answers to Google Analytics as custom event data. Analytics providers may nevertheless collect technical and usage information through their own cookies or similar technologies as described below.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, understand site usage, and evaluate campaign performance. Google Analytics may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to distinguish visits and measure interactions. You can control cookies through your browser settings and may learn more about Google's practices through Google's privacy policy and available browser tools.

We do not use this site for targeted advertising and do not intentionally configure Google Analytics to receive the form or Scorecard fields described in this Policy. Analytics settings may change as the site is updated, and this Policy will be updated if those changes materially affect information practices.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information to:

Service providers: providers that host, secure, operate, analyze, or support the site, deliver transactional email, or help us administer requested communications. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and may operate in the United States or other countries where they or their subcontractors operate.
Scheduling providers: Google Calendar when you choose to schedule a Readiness Review.
Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisers when reasonably necessary for our business.
Legal and safety recipients: government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, rights, or the security of the site.
Business-transfer recipients: a successor or counterparty in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.

We do not share Scorecard answers or contact information with another organization for that organization's own independent marketing purposes.

7. Marketing Communications

We do not currently operate a dedicated automated marketing platform for this site. If you voluntarily check the optional marketing-consent box in the Scorecard email form, we may retain that preference and contact you about Quartz resources or events. We will not treat a request for Scorecard results or a general inquiry as marketing consent.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting privacy@quartz.solutionsor by using an unsubscribe mechanism included in a marketing message, if one is provided. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional or service-related communications.

8. Retention

Information	Retention period or criteria
Contact inquiries	Up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a business relationship, dispute, legal obligation, or legitimate security need requires longer retention.
Scorecard submissions and results	Up to 24 months after submission; if you engage us, for the duration of the relationship and as long afterward as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Marketing-consent records	Until you withdraw consent or we no longer have a business need, plus any period reasonably necessary to document and honor your request.
Analytics and technical data	According to the applicable provider settings, service terms, and security requirements, and no longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.

You may request deletion of personal information at any time, subject to exceptions permitted by law and the retention needs described above.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to NTP, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access or obtain a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

California residents may submit requests to know/access, delete, correct, or exercise other applicable rights by emailing privacy@quartz.solutionsor writing to the address in Section 14. Please identify yourself, describe the request, and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify it. We may request additional information for verification and will use it only to process the request, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

We generally respond within the period required by applicable law. California requests are generally answered within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension when notice is provided. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will provide any legally required opt-out mechanism and update this Policy. Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit where supported by the relevant service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The site may link to third-party sites or services, including Google Calendar and the separate Quartz Insights platform. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before submitting information to them.

12. Adults Only

The site is intended for adults and business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the site. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the Last updated date. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
